By profession, a Project Manager and Trainer, she rose through the ranks of the consulting world over the years leading up to her creation of VerisVisalign.

Microsoft Practice Director
Todd Stuchlik is Microsoft Practice Director of VerisVisalign. He leads a robust delivery organization with a 98% utilization rate, focusing on staffing the organization with the right skills, at the right time, to meet our customers ever-changing needs. Under Todd’s leadership, VerisVisalign has acquired the skills and experience that have enabled VerisVisalign to expand its Microsoft influence from two competencies to six.
Todd has a BS in Business Administration with a minor in management from the University of Delaware. Todd’s expertise comes from 30+ years in the consulting business and roles ranging from Engineer to Manager to Project Manager to Practice Director.
Todd plays a critical “second in command” role in the organization and engages in sales, marketing, delivery, and operations, while playing a vital role in establishing VerisVisalign’s strategic partnerships.
Todd lives in Wilmington, DE with his wife and four mostly grown boys, and a small menagerie of pets.
Service Desk Manager
Lisa Kourbeh leads the Service Delivery organization for VerisVisalign’s entire customer portfolio. Under Lisa’s leadership, VerisVisalign has achieved excellent client satisfaction ratings (4.5+ of 5) while experiencing outstanding customer loyalty.
Not only has Lisa overseen full compliance with SLA’s, SLO’s and other performance metrics, she has created the reputation for a “concierge” customer service approach within the VerisVisalign’s client base.
Lisa’s leadership, communication, and customer service skills have been honed over years in the luxury automotive industry and her distinctive ability to connect with both clients and staff have bolstered VerisVisalign’s Service Desk service offering to a state of the industry, ITSM compliant, cost-effective service offering.
Lisa lives in suburban Philadelphia with her husband and her rescued fur babies, Millie and CoCo.
