Clear Path events are designed to help you do more with the Microsoft technology you already own like Office 365 and Windows 10. They also introduce you to how to do more with all types of Microsoft technology so you can concentrate on your business.
ITSM / ITIL Training

VerisVisalign has success rate with certification exams in excess of 98% on this course. The ITIL® Foundations class spans three full days of content with the exam at the end of the third day. Not only will you learn the entire Service Management Lifecycle, you will also learn how to take the exam. A sample exam will be given on the morning of the last day of class to help you adequately prepare for the final exam. If you are an IT professional who wants to understand the entire IT process (not just your job) and bring more value to your organization, then this is the class for you.
ITIL® LIFECYCLE INTERMEDIATE COURSES
After receiving the ITIL® Foundations certification, you are qualified to move on to the Intermediate courseware in your quest to become a certified ITIL® Expert. There are five individual Service Lifecycle courses that correspond to the five phases of the Lifecycle: Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation and Continual Service Improvement. Each class is three days in length and provides three credits toward ITIL® Expert designation. For Service Capability there are four individual courses: Planning, Protection, and Optimization; Service Offerings and Agreements; Release, Control, and Validation; and Operational Support and Analysis. Each class is five days in length and successful completion earns four credits toward the ITIL® Expert designation. After obtaining a minimum of 17 credits from ITIL® Foundations and a combination of Intermediate courses, you are eligible to take the Managing Across the Lifecycle course and exam. Success on this exam earns the ITIL® Expert distinction. Please note that your ITIL® Foundation certificate must be presented upon registration for all Intermediate level courses.
The VerisVisalign Project Management Program meets the 35 contact hours requirement to apply for the Project Management Institute’s Project Management Professional (PMP®) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) certification. You will receive an intensive education in the ten knowledge areas, five process groups and forty-seven processes that make up the internationally recognized standard. Successful companies use the PMI methodology to better manage their projects. Attendees will gain the knowledge and satisfy educational requirements needed to test for certification. Attendees will:

You may be familiar with the ISO 9000 series of standards for manufacturing. Are you aware of ISO 20000 for IT standards? Since 2005, ISO/IEC 20000 (ISO 20000 or ISO 20K) has been the international quality standard for IT Service Management. The ISO 20000 Certificate, issued only to organizations, confirms the presence of a quality ITSM Program. You can attend an ISO 20000 class and pass a certification exam that will demonstrate your proficiency in this area.
